1. My read, without any insider info, is that shares have to be settled by the 18th, participation in the exchange is now closed. I don't know how they will verify shareholdings as of the 18th without access to the T/A, which joe now controls.

2. Anyone who buys QASP shares, deserves whatever they get. Could it be a quick flip, maybe. But chances are you will be buying newly issued shares by Joe.

3. Doesn't surprise me that joe got the go ahead to issue more shares to keep QASP afloat.

4. Owens would do well to release internal financials now, to be followed by audited numbers.
