Alexis Korybut insofar as his leadership is concerned is a money guy - he is able to raise capital pretty effectively from what I've seen - and if they do finalize this merger with Tac Air they will have the brass and experience to seriously go after DoD contracts. They are even well within the realm of being a small business (size standard > 25 mill), which will only assist them in landing initial contracts.
