I have some key information about Mike Foster and Dennis Wanlass and their liability in not being honest to their stockholders. I received an email from Mike Foster in August, 2010; then a phone conversation where I told him I had key evidence about a litigation they were involved in -- Washoe County, Nevada, TRONOX V. FITZGERALD. On June 15, 2010 I had filed a Friend of the Court Affidavit, preparing all the documents at their Tronox attorney's office, C. Robert Cox and shared with Mr. Cox key information which would benefit all Tronox Stockholdrs.

Does anyone on this Chat Board know anything about this litigation in Nevada (filed, March, 2008)?
