Has anyone heard anymore info on the debenture situation? It was a hot topic a few days ago. I understand that SEVU was going to issue more shares to certain debenture holders due to the fact of poor stock performance?
Can anyone verify this as true? (debeture holders here on iHub?)
Is it common or legal to issue more shares to this class alone?
Do they need to file with the SEC to do so?
I have heard varied reports on various debenture classes of stock. Can someone shed some light on this for me?
Peace!
