Maybe I am not thinking about the correctly, but why wouldn’t MS make the best partner? They are interested in growing their company just like everyone else. I think they are desperate to be considered a growth company again. Instead of Mr. Softee taking down Google, how about leverging Google’s market presents. Google may be worth more to them paying a toll for the bridge. What better way than to get in front of them than by owning 19.9% of the way you will navigate the mobile web. If they buy 19.9% of NeoMedia they would own 19.9% of the growth in the next Internet and advertising growth wave. They would be the king of search. Microsoft could take NeoMedia directly into the new home entertainment server space. I think Mr. Softee can take NeoMedia into places that no one else can. I see it as a true partnership benefiting both parties in an immense way.
