The participation we have received to date is quite overwhelming. We formed this shareholder group on Friday (May 13, 2011) and to date, we are now well over 65% of the shareholders of record as of May 5th, 2011. (http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/QASP/company-info)

We hope to have the NDA from the attorneys in hand tomorrow (May 16, 2011), but we have not been promised it will be finished by then. We will also start the process of choosing the attorney to handle the trust once the process begins.

This is not a huge update, but it is an update. Please remember we have only been at this for three days, give us a little time. We are shareholders, and in the very same predicament as all of you in our group.
