That should raise an alarm not a commencement. Who is this guy? He comes out of nowhere and starts posting rambling, incoherent nonsense a couple months ago, has poorer grammar skills than even yourself :), ... One day is congratulating shareholders and himself for being so astute as to see the parties supposedly being equal and on par with each other and then suddenly starts feeding all this unsubstantiated BS last night about the share exchange, the court case, that has already been disputed.
