LOL...May I ask what credibility Kwan has here? Is it because you say you spoke to him and he appeared to be a good guy? A person's character is always revealed not when the pressure is off him but rather when it is on him.

Kwan made some absolutely outrageous claims here last night. The court situation was just one. How would he possibly know what went on in court? Was he there? No. Is he the spokeperson for the courts? No Is he the spokesperson for the judge? No again.

Therefore, I can only conclude that his opinion came from someone who clearly has a side in this. Speaking only for me, that's hardly an opinion I'd trust but others can choose to do as they may.

Maybe Kwan needs to tell everyone who he works for and what his role here is? I mean, seriously, after all shareholders have been through, out of nowhere comes another speaker of truth?! LOL I'd bet anything he is hoping to get a big payday out of this somehow though have zero proof of that. It's just an opinion based on alot of other craziness that has gone on here. His posts have NO credibility in my eyes. GLTA
