Anyone following ANS?

NYSE-listed stock announced Q1 earnings of .15/share after the close vs. .03/share last year. Much of the bottom line improvement due to a sizable drop in depreciation expense.

Company recently put itself up for sale. Several fund holders want to get rid of the board of directors. Plus Q1 earnings may not be sustainable. But the stock could see a pop from $4.09 tomorrow.
