No, you have it all WRONG! I first saw the case last year and this is the gist..

Ruyan was/is taking to court E-Cig companies that bought "licenses" from them who in turn RE-SOLD! those "licenses" in a somewhat "pyramid scheme".

I think I'm correct in saying that RFMK NEVER purchased a "license" from Ruyan... note--> No mention of Ruyan in a RFMK PR/filing...ever!
