The rumors discussed in this board only verify the rumors heard through other means. I really have nothing more solid than that. A few weeks ago, the same kind of information was filtering through a variety of channels concerning the impending deals in BCCI. I did not act upon it by adding to my position. It would have been wise to do so.

Now, I get this hunch that maybe there is some possibility that the rumors may turn out to be true. But I really don't know. the issue is as follows. Had I put a couple of extra thousand in BCCI a couple of weeks ago, I would have been able to sell the stock last week for more than 100K. Should I do that in reference to RLTR? I guess it is a subjective judegment call. If you have been reading the post here diligently for the last few months, and if you think there might be some truth to what is being said, then, maybe it is time to bet on it.

I say, there might be a 50/50 chance that something will happen. So those are indeed not very good odds. But if it does happen, we might have a fifty bagger. I think it is worth the risk. I just sold my BCCI at .59. Maybe it is time to take a lilttle spill elsewhere.
