So Kenny what your saying is CGSYQ is temp for trading? I'm a bit confused to what u just mentioned.Are we talking about trading until August? Or sooner? And its a 100% sure Pivotal is taking CGSYQ private.
Is Pivotal not going to bringing in a company under its umbrella public into the shell now?

Also hedge... stated that he thinks CGSYQ may due a R/A. What is a R/A. I know R/M is reverse merger, but never heard of R/A
