I do not agree with your rationale behind a change in management, but I accept the premise a change in management would be very good news for another reason nobody brings up(and I will not either). Suffice it so say, even if I accept your premise about management, are not we now too far gone that bringing on the "A" team would change anything? Rommel could not change the outcome of D Day.

Haysaw, with 20 million left in the bank, before apnea or RD were targeted, a different management could have made different decisions. Even with 10 million. But now? How do you attract a competent management team to a company approaching zero valuation? Can the BOD promise a salary beyond 60 days?
