MDF $50M mkt cap gone in 2 days... down $40K today ($100K in 2 days which is the most that I have ever experience in my entire life)...

what is funny is that I'm more comfortable (feel peace) holding MDF when the price is at $2.5 or below rather than when the price is at $3+

Am I crazy?
I think I'm practically married with this stock. I guess I need to make that disclosure. So you need to take what I said with a grain of salt and to know that I'm a very long term investor on MDF. I have no interest whatsoever to pump this stock.

and naturally speaking, when there are people who want to pump this stock with ungrounded facts and unreasonable claims, I might tried to counter it with facts (and of couser/as usual with my conservative estimate)

and from time to time I will remind newbies and oltimers that forget about the seasonality of the MDF business (and the special situation.. no not about tax.. it's old news and it's done deal.. it's the HMO cost). MSGI already making prediction 8 cents for 2005 MDF result.. which I think he's not aware of the seasonality of MDF business...

Btw.. one of these days, MDF needs to beat my conservative estimate (and not only hitting them).

The earning report was shocking wasn't it?
I'm still shocked whenever I reviewed the 10Q.

Someone dump a big one 300K+ shares earlier in the morning... yet the insitutinal holding up again from 7.7% to 7.9%
Hope the traders are all gone and the strong hands pick up the shares today...

2 days in a row in the top 5 AMEX loser list.. what an achievement... ;)
