As far as can tell it is a merger of •Stealth Transportation Inc. That was a way for STI to become public. So therefore the past performance of CLXM is not to be taken into consideration. That's why know we have a new CEO MR Jose Chavez at the helm of this company. Also a new compliance company officer Mr Thompson. They are now the people in charge here. The merger and change of corporate governance plus that fact that they were involved in the transport business judging by there experience tells me that they will be pushing this company to success into the future. Last I spoke to him I was just simply pointing out that they needed to provide a better understanding of what is happening with the limited access to the old website. Recommended that they check everything associated with the old company web site and update it so people have a better understanding of what happened with there merger. He said that some of the information still out there on the company was inherated but thank me for pointing it out and assured me that they were working on fixing it and that they had other news going forth and financials that would be available as soon as they get every thing completed. He is not really under law not able to be specific that would be insider information witch is as everybody know is totally Illegal as everybody here knows. I even told him that the reason I called was to make him aware of investor confusion and as for myself was even thinking of selling my shares as a result of that.But after talking to him. I felt that selling now at a lost would not be a good choice for me. I believe that with this management team this company has potential. And they are producing revenue so I will stay in and wait. For new developments and for the financials, As I always say that (just my opinion) and will definitely buy more in this company. at this price So as far as I am concerned this is now Transport company looking to become a major player in the transport business. I have been digging up things that may not be accurate and call him again so that he can be-aware of and possibly correct so people doing there research will find it better to get informed. To Mr Jose Chavez sounds like a no nonsense person. I will take my chances with this company, AGAIN GOOD LUCK TO ALL,HOPE THIS HELPS But ALWAYS DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH
