just like i coined the *curious* trades
i observed first hand and posted about
in this very venue back in august 2009

it was only with *hindsight* i understood
why the *entity* who would orchestrate not
one but 2 RUNS on exph in 2009 .. would need
to do them <sandwiched between those 2 runs>
b4 the short to the cellar could commence

since the *complaints* register around mgmt's
lack of transparency .. which when one actually
comps out to other unregistered OTC co.s is shown
to be a total *joke* .. there is no leg to stand on

mgmt is accused of fluff pr's .. they have issued
the whopping total of 3 in 2011 and 18 in total in
2010 .. and since the SM was held mid sept 2010
there have been 5 .. gee such .. er .. fluff

mgmt is accused of dilution .. but mgmt has *articulated*
from the very start <march 2010> of why they were raising
their AS and having their TA ISSUE certs/shares and how
very non surprising .. a *LOT* of those shares *ISSUED*
went to *FRIENDLIES* some of whom are *LOCAL* to the co.

the co.s TA is ungagged comp'd to other TAs .. who give
no info daily of what the OS is .. how very amusing that
interest on that aspect wouldn't be *pursued* .. anyone
could have done what i did .. which is keep a calendar
and make the phone calls daily .. if *actually* done so

a few patterns would reveal themselves

the first being that the avg run time for shares to be
issued by the co.s TA .. is 48 hours from when the NV SOS
site showed AS increase .. which is why the *subsequent*
events of 11/29/2009 become so revealing

it would be 9 days b4 those certs were even cut by the TA

too bad X entity *shorted those shares* in advance/anticipation
of them being issued .. but then when X entity has been successful
in shorting EXPH for months on end .. what was another 150M added
into the .. er .. mix

bottom line that galls .. is the co. not only is legit
it actually survived .. and imo true legit DD tells exactly why
that is .. and yep it's connected to those LOWES connections
that have *NEVER* been *posted* about in this very .. venue
