Hmmm, I'm not sure this document will have any impact on CT's or equity. Don't get me wrong, it has lots of interesting points but the introduction says it all:

"This paper examines how the
government COULD have structured a resolution of
Lehman under the orderly liquidation authority of Title
II of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and
Consumer Protection Act (Dodd-Frank Act) and how
the outcome COULD have differed from the outcome
under bankruptcy."
