Not sure of all the ramafications and reasons for $4B in tax giveaways. I think an untimed debate on the subject would be a study in the tower of babble. What I can say, when I need to cut back on spending, of all the needs of the household, where is the unnecessary fat? I'm going to bet that some of that $4B is unnecessary.
