Agilyx and others, as Raw has pointed out, has had money thrown at them, with no real sales or contracts. JBII has just hit the radar, money is checking them out imo. My hope is JBI will be able to set up the first 5-10 processors with the help of a partner (whoever they are). I could be wrong, but I think it would be better all around than an "angel" investor type deal.
