Did you happen to read any of the filings in the sticky before it took off this week?
By the way, did it occur to you that this stock took off on it's own volition for seemingly no reason at all? Then it started getting attention and mentions all over the place. Now, go back a couple of weeks and take note of the three of us as that was about all that had any interest in this thing whatsoever.
What you don't realize or care to take notice of was there was a great deal of confusion in the fillings as to how this was all going to be resolved. I am not about to do it for you, but the legalese was very confusing as it made it look like there was going to be a share exchange ... It's in the posts if you care to go find it.
The few of us in this thing did our own research and leg work to try and grapple with the possibilities and despite your lateness to the party, after the fact, to come in here chastising how this got handled knowing nothing about it is a bit disingenuous. These BK plays are probably more risky than most down here and get handled in a variety of fashions, go look at some of the other boards that are dedicated to them and get educated before you start mouthing off.
You want a project that backs up how these things can continue to trade well after the fact? Do a search on Asyst Technologies, Inc. here and indulgence yourself into it. Not only were the commons supposed to have been cancelled years ago there is plenty of ... how can I put this? Fodder for lets call it exaggerated speculation.
