You reasoning makes complete sense, and although I never addressed it on the board, I found it odd to even discuss what the conversion rates would be on the two loans due to the complete lack of details offered at the time.

But I fully concur with your current analysis of the situation and therefore am beginning to think this might end up being a strong positive for the shareholders here.

The only thing I would add is that I am beginning to think that perhaps Meller has been gradually buying back the outstanding share count and will exhibit a reduced O/S when the quarterly is released next week.

Since that February 3rd PR stating the 7% reduction in O/S, we have had between a quarter and a half billion shares traded, so it stands to reason that Meller could have bought back a sizeable number of shares since that time....

Maybe I am being a bit pie in the sky here, but I hold out a modicum of hope that he will release news of additional buybacks in conjunction with the 10-Q next week. Hope I'm right!
