The PREM started in the -4's and was under sell levels by 9:31. So even though the indexes had small gaps down, the futures actually gapped up from their 9:15 close. The PREM went sideways until 10:00 where it spiked way up into the +2's hitting buy levels, but immediately turned and at 10:02 spiked just under -2, but short of sell levels. TICK started flat and ran up to hit 1000+ at 10:00, and just bounced off the LOD at 10:29. PREM and TICK look to be doing a sideways action.

INTC and CSCO have been slowly sliding back to near the LOD's.
