We've seen 0.017 in immediate anticipation of closure news per the previous PR. We no longer have a given date to anticipate closure. The next PR will either be confirmation of closure which would send us right past every near resistance; will be another delay which would be detrimental to PPS; or will be an update on progress along with a new closure date which, like I said in my previous post, is the only circumstance in which those resistance points will be in play; but even then any kind of extension will likely have a negative effect on PPS unless there is major progress described in the PR.
