R/S is common to bring the share structure and pps up, Where we differ from most of pink R\S is Vincent He hold 100% A hes put in 750k in cash and options. IMHO if a R/S is done it will not be followed up with the typical printing press afterward. Keep in mind the A\S Reduction last july also they have not maxed out the A\S This Imho I personally think a R/S will an is in order, I also think it will come with a A/S reduction at the same time.
