Salamon is out of the picture now.. don't need him to close the merger and we don't have to talk about the payments to him anymore

So, in your opinion, it doesn't matter a bit whether Matvieshen continues to stiff Salamon, right? Too funny!!

By the way, the Dec. 7 share purchase agreement between Matvieshen and Salamon and the now-amended Dec. 30 agreement involving SLMU, Matvieshen and Sunlogics Power Fund Management were always separate.

And John Salamon has been "out of the picture" as far as making decisions of any kind about SLMU ever since he resigned as president and director.
