So...you would like to know for a fact/rule, that if you keep OT/Garbage posts at less than 25% of your total posts you'd be okie dokie? Why test the limits? Why not just stay on topic from the get go? Do feel there is a need to post at least a percentage of OT posts? If so....WHY?!?!?!
