I came across this on a board warning by an admin,

The TOU violations here the last few days are out of control. If right now I restricted everyone who has a 25% or higher TOU violation rate the last 3 days, 33 of you would now be banned. That is absolutely insane. ~~~~~~~~~

My question: is 25% of postings being tou that are ot,spam the cutoff for restricting posting numbers? O'course i know threats, etc deserve a diff standard applied. I thought of posting on that board, but why tempt fate(Shelly)
