IMHO: Once news hit we going to move to 0.30 pretty fast..

Why? It already ran to .28 on substantial volume on the original hype about the merger. It only ran to .16 on about one million shares on the renewed hype about the merger surrounding the filing of the 10-K on April 15. It only made it to .12 on the latest hype about the merger that hit with the 10-Q.

There are a least three separate overhangs of people who bought on the previous merger hype and are now under water on this stock. Many of them will be looking for an exit.

There are now fewer new people to draw on who will rush into a hoped-for momo play -- particularly one that has already been splashed around three times. And anyone who takes a serious look at this outfit will not see anything promising -- a proposed dilution machine run by dubious management with a history of failure.
