Wrong, I talked to Jeremy personally at the SEC,,,He did not say BOUGHT,,,ACQUIRED,,,That is it. Your misleading people . This is why RCCH will suceed after all this time,,,,(PURCHASED BILLIONS OF SHARES FROM SMALL COMPANIES)
OK SO I TAKE IT YOU CAN TELL ME HOW MANY FOR SURE THEY PURCHASED FROM RCCH,,,I WANT YOU TO GIVE ME A LINK THAT STATES THEY BOUGHT 2.1 BILLION SHARES FROM RCCH, SHOW ME THAT AND I WILL SHUT UP,,,
What I found interesting in the SEC doc is:
1. Case is just beginning
2. SEC says the shares from the small issuer's were "bought", yes bought.
3. The shares were issued without restrictive legends based on T/A's accepting an opinion of one of the defendants that the shares would be held for investment purposes, but were dumped quickly.
So from this we can conclude that geno sold at least 2.1 billion shares at discounted rates, and he was stupid enough to have the T/A issue the shares without a restricted legend. Newton the scammer got scammed.
