Agreed - low volume - not much interest at the moment.

We need a merger with full detail - financials, full name of the company - how much is VCTY paying and where would that money come from etc...

It's like saying "Oh there's a singer coming to town!" but you don't know who it is, how much they are charging and if they are any good... this random, vague American Cloud Computing Company title is about as helpful to the PPS of VCTY as a turtle is to a nascar driver.
