If they open on schedule. There may be delays. And if there are delays would shares be dumped from investers accounts for fear of failure.

If they do deliver on time then we could see AGEL go up. Please remember, Gate only owns 60% of a division of the stock we are invested in. PPS may be diluted because between here and there are alot of people/institutions that want to see returns as well.

We may not see the share price go up as far as we've been saying. I would love to be proved wrong. All IMO.
