Here are the basics about what's going on here, in my opinion, and these are not presented in any order of importance...

1) The share price settled into a long period of a comparatively narrow range around 3 cents;
2) Volumes have been surprising low compared to outstanding shares;
3) The company and partner are mum on some issues, probably with legitimate cause;
4) Commodity prices are in correction mode, hurting mining stocks in general;
5) We are in the month on May, a time in which many in this sector "sell and go away" until fall;
6) The predominate concentration of message board postings about this company are in one place, here!

The above make a perfect set up for an organized effort to ATTEMPT to drive down the share price. I've seen it before, and I believe it is happening here.

You have to wonder about the kinds of persons behind such behavior. They would never sneak up behind someone only to hit them on the head and steal their wallet, but hiding behind an alias and attempting for their own gain to maneuver actions by others that may be hurtful to them is hardly any different - pro or con the issue. And I WILL BET THE RANCH on that!

Now, having said all of this, such efforts were more successful years ago when stock message boards were relatively new, and more posters were naive to the motivations of those around them. In this case 1) the LBSR share price has not broken down from these efforts, perhaps because news is pending, and 2) I think members of this forum are generally a lot more sophisticated than the "shrills" (pro or con) are wont to believe.
