Kura, the filings are unaudited and they only have pink sheet status, not OTC...We really can't be sure if they are lying or truthful in the reports. The scam part of PRMO is really that the people running the show could care less about the stock price, and only use the stock to trade, raise money, and make money through their personal accounts. In this sense they line their pocket by both the stock and whatever "small mining/buying gold from villagers" operation they have in Ghana. They do not care one iota of raising the stock price. All they want is for people to believe in the gold story, so they buy stock. The people running the show (Gerald Sklar and Dror Moradov) have been doing the "Pinkie" story for years on end, and are very smart in not getting caught. Read how they PR things...They are mostly so vague that they don't get caught in lies. I don't doubt that Dror has got an operation going in Ghana, but I do doubt that they will ever share any of it with you by raising the stock price. Think about this....If they had all this gold, don't you think someone in Asia would know about it, and we wouldn't be seeing .0001/.0002 with a billion shares on the ask? All imo.
