That was an excerpt taken from Rule 6490 which rule apparently DOES govern certain actions of pink sheet companies. I used that excerpt-quote when trying to explain what is affected by the new rule that went into effect on Monday, which was Rule 6460. I guess one should unconditionally believe no one in this game. My motto will remain the same: Get them before they get you.
