Not so sure about that. PHAR has already done most of the grunt work of product development and FDA, so that's not really an issue for a buyout. The last big milestones are distribution and marketing which is something big pharma has in abundance. Aquaprin has a lot of potential to become a very hot product in the pain relief market. The question is how long will big pharma sit on the sidelines and risk one of their competitors snatching this up before they do.
