I'm betting that EXPH first became DTC ineligible on or about July 30, 2009.


If that were the case, why would they not have disclosed it until yesterday? I find it difficult to believe that they became DTC ineligible that far back in time... but I could believe that the DTC action could have originated from activity that occurred back then...
