Neil, NMGL still owes us a 10-Q for 11/30/10. I don't believe we will see a timely filing of the 10-K for 2/28/11.
I think we will see an Filing Extension requested at the end of May.
I have been anticipating that NMGL would change to the same accounting firm that RENS just engaged (Gruber & Company, LLC).
Gruber & Company is located in St. Louis...I thought that seemed a little odd.....But they do have other publicly traded clients.
