I bought otow right after the the 1st correction as it started back up at .0091 and let her go 3 days later at .017 It just couldnt break past .019 that day or since, I almost thought it might have been shorts, but didnt check at the time. Havent been back to buy since. Im watching it though. what sold me was the buy support at .0082 with 66 million shares, nice comfort zone. The ark deal just didnt look real to me. The dominican is saturated with verizon and a couple other players and dont know who in their right mind would even think of dumping a 100 mill into a saturated market in a poor country. Does that make sense?
