If gold can indeed be produced in the quantities that you speculate soon (the emphasis being soon, I have some suspicion that large quantities of gold can be found near the earth's core, but the technology to go beyond the first 20km of the 3000km that takes to get to it is far off), it can be monetized again without Zeev's fear that gold would be $50k an ounce and economies of the world would be put in a deflationary death spiral. I have my doubts regarding both theories. The biotech revolution has been "upcoming" for a few decades now; so far the only companies finding gold are the likes of HGSI that periodically issue secondaries at the peaks of manias.
