I really wish I had the balls to add more shares but my gut feeling really likes whats going on and my gut is really good at sniffing things out. I would be extremely shocked if they didnt get any land after mentioning all the different possibilities they have. I just hope he stops using timelines, it doesnt bother me because im not selling but it really blows up in his face if he doesnt meet them. Basically the risk of losing 3-4k to potentially make 100k far outweighs the risk.
