Exactly - more opportunity to blame it on someone else, dilute, take a paycheck and kick the can down the road. If there was something legit here Brian would be parking this issue off to the side and gathering other sources of financing. Why would anything other than Mulvana's fees be at stake here? If it's escrow money then they could take the disputed amount out of the $592k and return the rest to SYNJ and let the business continue. I think the writing's on the wall, but I've been refusing to read it. Stupid me...
