I think we're saying the same thing...most holders here are LT over a year...what I think chiron is saying is that it eliminates inconvenience and withholding and recovery of your funds if you go the sell before route have you not filed a w-9 or given the releases, again if the pps value rises to reflect eventual distribution before share lock down [50%; 100% or whatever value]
