PHAR I am long on this so I am in no way bashing here. This pps of .03 is what this should be valued at currently. If you aren't long or are expecting a pop to get out, you shouldve already sold. Otherwise, until there is significant news showing actual revenue coming in, not potential, this will most likely trade 027-035.
