Maybe I could add a few questions to your list to be submitted if you don't mind? First is who are the major customers for any or all divisions - the sort of thing you usually find in a 10K such as "customer A and Customer B accounted for X% of our business in 2002...". Second would be related to Watkins Freight and their willingness to take all the capacity or trucks that VLVT will supply them (a slight paraphrase here on my part). My interest is in understanding the relationship and competitive advantage that VLVT offers them. Maybe it's a great reputation for service or maybe it was a bit of over-enthusiasm, but I didn't understand those comments made in a recent PR. Finally, what did Javeed mean when he said that shares are in 'friendly hands'? Many thanks for considering these for your list.
And now a couple of thoughts/observations. Regarding the tone of the PR/BP. It's struck some (and myself to some degree) as a bit over-enthusiastic and lacking details. Just a thought here - - I wonder how much of the tone and wording could be attributed to Bangladesh culture & Javeed's influence over all written material issued - maybe something like macho-ism? I don't endorse it, but maybe as the new, more professional IR firm gets involved and others within the corporation as well, we'll see an improvement.
Regarding the flat share price I think it's likely that Javeed has raised $ for expansion or finance collateral by selling new shares and increasing the float. Hasn't someone here been calling the T/A regularly? I still consider VLVT as pretty thinly traded and easily manipulable, so at this point it wouldn't take too much tax selling (as mentioned by VONL on RB) or other trader/MM action to tank the price. Still a pretty low avg daily $ traded in VLVT.
I've got a pretty healthy stake here and continue to add under $0.04. Today I got a whopping 5K at $0.035 before someone got interested and bid it up.
My other riff-raff holdings include MDFT.OB & HQNT.OB
