This is a guess but I would anticipate a 30 dilution of what's left(shares outstanding) to dilute(ie not tied up in prior tranches, financing's) to raise 1.7-1.8 million dollars. Enough to continue with salaries for another six month's plus. Hopefully enough time to arrange for disposal of the company in the best possible manner.
