that it is available for all to call and see. The point that upsets me is that if the company would have reported the facts of the SLAM deal, and the restricted shares( how many for how long), we wouldn't have seen the recent 100% run up, and now the resultant run down. I fully understand that acquisitions and/or mergers cost money or shares, but shouldn't the company make that information available to all shareholders through filings or pr?
Again I am sorry if I rubbed you the wrong way, and I do appreciate your supplying any and all information on this company.
