but PHIL they have to raise money CORRECT??

you have to make it worth it to the FIRM's..CORRECT??

you do this by offering a discount off the trading price.. CORRECT???

Dean is doing this dog and pony show to pump the share price in order to cut a better deal with the firm..CORRECT???

FIRMS are NOT stupid....they will demand a discount price of 6-8 cents...as this share price is MOST LIKELY artificial
