That is correct Purp, as long as it is done with stockholders in mind we should all know that stocks are for fundraising.. It has been stable at 160M since the last run and should be over now.

I also am of the belief that this was done to cover some costs of the SLAM acquisition. Ed is not looking to tank the stock, just funding a great investment, so no harm, no foul IMO.
