I am a business professional. I could facilitate getting IT help, VC financing, a broad area of small business help to get the idea going. He wont return my phone calls or my emails. He wont release information, even if a business to business platform is being developed, we are in development phase, something. If not it has been a shell all along and if we are going to get burned, he sure as hell needs to get burned as well.

I would much rather let the business survive, even if it has transformed into, One World Hamburgers.
