You must call Scottrade and report it to them- that will fix it. MM's are not allowed to hold orders back which is what they're doing. It's all to hold down the PPS of the stock and keep it low (7's). It's illegal. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

When I used to see this happen on other stocks and other boards, a couple of calls to the brokerages fixed it immediately.
